Alpha is a series of interactive sessions that explore life, faith and meaning.
It's a space where you can make friends, join in conversation, and discuss life's big questions after a free fully catered dinner. Questions such as: What is my purpose? What is faith? Is there a God? If so, why do we suffer?
On Tuesday, 9 July at 6:30pm, we will be commencing the Alpha program with a Launch Night. Alpha is a series of short films developed to inspire questions and conversation. These conversations unfold among like-minded adults in a group setting. It's a safe, non-judgmental and stimulating space unlike anything else. The thing we love about Alpha is that it's about conversation: spending time discussing the questions that everyone wants to ask.
Usually, we start with a free dinner; which will be served from 6:15 to 6:35pm, moving then to watching a short video on a topic within the Christian story; ending with a conversation guided by the questions that resonate with you. It's a safe, non-judgmental space unlike anything else. And, it's all free.
We'll be meeting at Newlife Church at ROBINA. Following the Launch Night, Alpha will run for a further 8 weeks, every Tuesday evening and one full Saturday on 17 August, with the final night on 27 August.
RSVP by registering, confirming your details, and allowing us to cater for you.
