Crossroads Robina is a social engagement and capacity building program for adults living with a disability. Our Friday program offers engaging and interactive activities to our participants and their support workers and includes live music and dance, morning tea, a worship service, lunch, crafts, games and socialising opportunities. Our staff and volunteers strive to make Crossroads a safe and inclusive space where everyone feels like they belong.

This role is responsible for the coordination of the weeklyfood service during the Crossroads program to ensure a smooth running of the meal preparations and service, the rostering of kitchen volunteers and communications with the Café and Crossroads program staff. The team coordinator is also responsible for encouraging team members to interact with programclients (participants) in a respectful, patient, empathetic manner.

The programs runs weekly on a Friday and the HospitalityTeam Leader is expected to be onsite from 8am to 12:30pm (or when thekitchen duties have been completed).
