Newlife Brisbane Gather every Sunday at 4 pm at Albert Street Uniting Church. We would love to see you there, feel free to come a little earlier to share in a hot drink and snacks.
We look forward to seeing you there as we continue to follow God as He leads us to see more people, more like Jesus.
Car parking instructions
The best place to park for Newlife Brisbane is King George Square Car Park ($5), this is best accessed from the Roma St entrance. Alternatively, there are many places around the city to access street parking, which is free on Sunday afternoons.
At Newlife, we believe life is better done in circles than rows. Gospel centred community in small groups is integral to who we are and how we do life together. We have a diverse range of small groups that gather throughout Brisbane City, if you would like to join a small group please email us at [email protected], alternatively our pathways ministry is the best option for getting involved in Newlife community.

At Newlife we believe God has called us to see MORE PEOPLE, MORE LIKE JESUS.
This statement encapsulates the heart and vision of Newlife and why we exist as a gathered community. This vision inspires in us a desire to see everyone that calls Newlife home, know that God has a purpose and plan for them to outwork their passion for the good of the world and the glory of God.
Pathways is the beginning of this journey!
Pathways aims to help you discover who we are as a community, who we believe God to be, how He has gifted each of us with the ability to serve others and ultimately how to know our purpose and calling in the world. The pathways program will take place over two weeks each month.

Hear From Mike & Sarah
As they share on the journey leading up to the launch of Newlife Brisbane
In 2017, The Moreton Rivers Presbytery approached Newlife with the idea of birthing a new worshiping community that could reach young urban professionals and young adults in the heart of Brisbane city. After much prayer and extensive conversation, we are excited to announce that Albert Street Uniting Church will be the location for our Brisbane Campus, beginning later this year.

In 2006 our Church discerned that we were called to initiate five new worshipping communities by 2021. Newlife Pac Pines now Uniting North, and Village Church are expressions of that. Now here in 2018, we have this amazing opportunity to see Newlife Brisbane pioneered as we partner with the Albert Street community that has stood here in this place since 1889 in this incredible facility.
On November 8th 1889, the Albert St Wesleyan Methodist Church officially opened its doors.
Over 130 years later, this iconic Gothic styled Cathedral is still one of the most picturesque settings of the inner city, nestled right in the heart of Brisbane’s bustling CBD.
With a seating capacity of approximately 1000 people and boasting a majestic 2,250-pipe organ, Albert Street Uniting Church (as it is now known) is among Brisbane’s most photographed attractions, admired by tourists and locals alike as they enjoy the vibrancy of King George Square.
We will be partnering with the current Albert Street congregation, who are doing fantastic work in Brisbane CBD. They have welcomed us to plant a Newlife Campus alongside, but separate to, their current congregation, utilizing their facility to help reach the people of inner-city Brisbane.
