Sunday Services: 4pm

We’ve Been
Waiting for You!

Here at Newlife Brisbane (319 Albert St, Brisbane), our Sunday celebrations run for around 80 minutes. We offer communion on thefirst Sunday of the month. The style of our celebrations is informal and relaxed. If you decide to join us for one of our Sunday celebrations we suggest you arrive 10 minutes or so before the stated service time.

This will allow enough time for our car park team to help you find a place to park your car, register any children for our Kidzlife programs and then finally for our Connect team to greet you and find a seat.

In 2017, The Moreton Rivers Presbytery approached Newlife with the idea of birthing a new worshiping community that could reach young urban professionals and young adults in the heart of Brisbane city. After much prayer and extensive conversation, we were excited to announce that Albert Street Uniting Church was the location for our Newlife Brisbane.

Smallgroups

During the week we have multiple Small Groups that meet day and night. We use this time to connect, pray and care for one another. In this season, all our Small Groups are digital. If you’re not in a Small Group, we would love to hear from you and get you connected. Simply fill our smallgroup form and one of our Pastors will be in touch with you soon.

Prayer

Prayer is not optional for the Christian in this season – as always – we believe it is central. I firmly feel convicted that God is going to use this season to teach disciples of Jesus the power, importance and the gift of prayer. We would love you to join us daily in this. Currently we gather at 7am every morning. We gather online to pray together – lately we have seen 20-30 people regularly in this space. We would love you to join us – why not come try it out tomorrow? Simply click the link below tomorrow morning at 6:59am – we can’t wait to have you join us!

Community

Finally we are called to love, not just each other (You will know my disciple by their love for one another John 13:35) but our world. I believe God is calling us as a people to be marked with love. One of the best things we can ask ourselves daily is ‘what would it look like for me to love others in my world today?’ Allow the Holy Spirit to ignite your imaginations around what is possible. We have also come up with some opportunities as well. If you are keen to explore other ways you might be able to love others in this season, please click the link below to fill out the form and let us know how you would like to engage.
